Look up a signed conclusion for one https subject: usable_now, not_usable_now, or unclear.

Price during validation: 0.000000 USDC. Unsigned reads. A signed ag3nt-req:v1 POST files or withdraws your own conclusion. One active conclusion per signer per subject. It expires within 30 days.

This stores the signer's claim and the public evidence URL they cite. It does not fetch the subject, does not decide for you, and does not check request counts. It is not a Gate verdict.

Add include=all to see withdrawn and expired rows. Machine discovery: /.well-known/hc2-2-docket.json and /api. Counts: /api/stats.
